These terms apply when you use an enquiry form or the chat assistant of SASTAVA GROWTH SYSTEM PRIVATE LIMITED ("SASTAVA", "we", "us"), or message one of our WhatsApp numbers. Our forms appear on sastava.in and on the websites of our products: GymForge, AdmissionIQ, EdukshaIQ and EdukshaAI. By using one of our forms or the chat assistant, or by messaging us, you agree to these terms. If you use one of our software products under an account, that product's own terms apply to it.
1. Using our forms and chat assistant
- Give accurate information, and only your own details or details you are allowed to share.
- You must be 18 or older, or be acting for a school, institute or business.
- We use what you send as our Privacy Policy explains, mainly to reply to your enquiry.
2. WhatsApp messages
- The WhatsApp box on our forms is optional. If you tick it, we may send you updates about SASTAVA and its products on WhatsApp.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop our updates, and START to subscribe again.
- We reply to your messages as soon as we can, but we do not promise a response time.
- WhatsApp's own terms also apply to your use of WhatsApp.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use our forms, chat assistant or WhatsApp numbers to send spam, automated or bulk submissions, someone else's details without their permission, harmful links or files, or anything unlawful or abusive. We may ignore such messages, block the number and delete the submission.
Please do not send passwords, bank or card details, identity numbers or health information through our forms, our chat assistant or WhatsApp.
4. Information we give you
Our messages, our chat assistant's replies and the information on our websites are general. The chat assistant's replies are written automatically by an AI system and can be incomplete or wrong. Any service, price or offer becomes binding only when we confirm it in a separate written agreement with you.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data, how to use your rights and how to delete your data.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you use our forms, chat assistant or WhatsApp numbers after a change, the updated terms apply.
7. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
