Parties & Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Term	Meaning
"SASTAVA" / "we" / "us"	SASTAVA GROWTH SYSTEM PRIVATE LIMITED, the provider of AdmissionIQ, registered in Tamil Nadu, India.
"AdmissionIQ"	The cloud-based admissions and enrolment management platform operated by SASTAVA, including all associated features, dashboards, and tools.
"Institute" / "you"	The educational institution, management trust, or organisation that subscribes to AdmissionIQ and agrees to these Terms.
"User"	Any individual (principal, admin staff, counsellor, etc.) authorised by the Institute to access AdmissionIQ.
"Subscription"	The selected plan (Starter, Growth, or Scale) under which the Institute accesses AdmissionIQ.
"Institute Data"	All data, including enquiry records, parent/student information, and institute details, uploaded or generated by the Institute within AdmissionIQ.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using AdmissionIQ, the Institute agrees to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use AdmissionIQ.

These Terms apply to all Users acting on behalf of the Institute. The Institute is responsible for ensuring its Users comply with these Terms. Agreement is indicated by:

• Completing the onboarding process on AdmissionIQ;
• Activating a subscription plan (including free trial); or
• Continued use of the platform after notification of updated Terms.

Services

SASTAVA provides the Institute with access to AdmissionIQ, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for managing admissions and enrolment enquiries, follow-ups, and pipeline analytics.

The features available depend on the Institute's Subscription plan:

SASTAVA reserves the right to modify, improve, or discontinue features of AdmissionIQ. Material reductions in core functionality will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

We aim for platform availability of 99.5% uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance). Scheduled downtime will be communicated in advance wherever possible.

Accounts & Access

Account Registration: Institutes must provide accurate, complete information during onboarding. The Institute is responsible for keeping account details current.

Authorised Users: The Institute may grant access to Users up to the limit of their Subscription plan. Each User must have a unique login. Sharing of credentials between multiple individuals is not permitted.

Account Security: The Institute is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. Any unauthorised access must be reported to SASTAVA immediately at connect@sastava.in.

Super Admin: Each Institute account must have at least one designated Super Admin who holds responsibility for user management and data within the institute's AdmissionIQ account.

Subscription & Payment

Free Trial: New institutes may start a free 7-day trial on any plan. A valid payment method is registered at signup and is not charged during the trial. Trial accounts have access to the features of the plan selected at signup.

Paid Subscriptions: Subscriptions are billed annually. There is no monthly billing option. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Unless the Institute cancels before the trial ends, the annual subscription fee for the selected plan is charged automatically to the registered payment method at the end of the 7-day trial, and annually thereafter on the same date until cancelled. An Institute may cancel before the trial ends by written notice to connect@sastava.in.

Paying Upfront: An Institute may choose to skip the trial and pay the annual fee immediately at signup. Renewals thereafter are charged at the standard annual rate then in force.

Discounts and Offers: SASTAVA may from time to time advertise a discount or promotional offer. Any such offer is governed by the terms published with that offer, applies only for the period SASTAVA states, and is shown in full before payment is confirmed. Unless the offer itself says otherwise, a discount applies to the first annual fee only and renewals are charged at the standard annual rate. No offer is permanent, no offer forms part of these Terms, and SASTAVA may withdraw or change any offer at any time for future signups. The discount currently advertised for skipping the trial and paying upfront is a launch offer and is available only while SASTAVA advertises it.

Payment: Payment is due at account activation and at the start of each annual renewal. We accept UPI and debit/credit cards. Invoices are available on request from connect@sastava.in.

Late Payment: If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, access to AdmissionIQ may be restricted. Access will be restored upon successful payment. Data is retained for 30 days after access restriction before deletion.

Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes partial billing periods and any unused portion of a subscription following cancellation. The 7-day free trial is provided so that Institutes can evaluate AdmissionIQ in full before any payment is taken.

Price Changes: SASTAVA reserves the right to change subscription prices. Institutes will be given at least 30 days' notice of any price increase, which will apply from the next billing cycle.

Acceptable Use

The Institute and its Users agree to use AdmissionIQ only for lawful, legitimate admissions and enrolment management purposes. The following are expressly prohibited:

Reverse engineering, copying, or distributing the AdmissionIQ software	Intellectual property protection
Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the platform	System stability and fair use
Uploading malicious files, viruses, or harmful code	Security of all platform users
Reselling or sublicensing access to AdmissionIQ to third parties	Subscription terms

Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate suspension of access, without refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

Data & Privacy

Ownership of Institute Data: The Institute retains full ownership of all Institute Data entered into AdmissionIQ. SASTAVA does not claim ownership of your data.

Our Role: SASTAVA acts as a Data Processor for Institute Data under the DPDP Act 2023. The Institute, as Data Fiduciary, is responsible for ensuring it has lawful grounds to collect and process the personal data it enters into AdmissionIQ, including obtaining necessary consents from parents and students.

Our Obligations: SASTAVA will process Institute Data only as instructed by the Institute and as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect Institute Data.

Data Export: Institutes may export their data at any time through the AdmissionIQ export feature. Data is provided in CSV format. We recommend periodic exports as good practice.

Data on Termination: Upon termination of a Subscription, Institutes may request a final data export within 30 days of account closure. After this period, Institute Data will be securely deleted.

Intellectual Property

SASTAVA's IP: AdmissionIQ, including its software, design, algorithms, dashboards, branding, and all associated intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of SASTAVA GROWTH SYSTEM PRIVATE LIMITED. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to the Institute.

Licence to Use: SASTAVA grants the Institute a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use AdmissionIQ during the term of the Subscription, solely for the Institute's own internal admissions management purposes.

Institute's IP: The Institute retains all rights to its own data, logos, and materials uploaded to AdmissionIQ. The Institute grants SASTAVA a limited licence to use such materials solely to provide the service.

Feedback: If the Institute provides feedback or suggestions about AdmissionIQ, SASTAVA may use this feedback without restriction or obligation to the Institute.

Liability & Warranties

Service Warranty: SASTAVA warrants that AdmissionIQ will perform materially as described in the product documentation. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

Disclaimer: AdmissionIQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except as expressly stated, SASTAVA makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, SASTAVA's total liability to the Institute for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or AdmissionIQ shall not exceed the total Subscription fees paid by the Institute in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.

Exclusion of Consequential Loss: SASTAVA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, loss of admissions, loss of data, or reputational harm, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.

Indemnification: The Institute agrees to indemnify and hold SASTAVA harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal costs) arising from the Institute's breach of these Terms, misuse of AdmissionIQ, or violation of any third party's rights.

Termination

By the Institute: The Institute may cancel its Subscription at any time through the account settings or by contacting SASTAVA. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a paid period.

By SASTAVA: SASTAVA may suspend or terminate an Institute's access to AdmissionIQ if:

• The Institute breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice;
• The Institute's account has outstanding unpaid fees for more than 30 days;
• SASTAVA is required to do so by law or regulatory authority; or
• Continued operation would expose SASTAVA or other users to harm or legal risk.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the Institute's licence to use AdmissionIQ ceases immediately. Institute Data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be securely deleted. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including IP, liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

SASTAVA may revise these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Notify the Institute's Super Admin by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect;
• Display a notification within the AdmissionIQ platform; and
• Update the "Last Updated" date on this page.

If the Institute does not agree to the revised Terms, it may terminate the Subscription before the effective date of the change. Continued use of AdmissionIQ after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and other applicable Indian legislation.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Dispute Resolution: Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith negotiations for a period of 30 days from when the dispute is notified in writing.

Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and a translation, the English version shall prevail.
