What happens on day 7?
Your plan's yearly fee is charged automatically through Razorpay: ₹3,744 on Starter, ₹6,960 on Growth or ₹13,440 on Scale. Cancel before day 7 and it is not charged.
Why do you need auto-debit for a trial?
Your 7 days are the start of the plan you chose, so payment is set up once and your team keeps working on day 8 without a break. Your plan fee is not charged before day 7. Your bank may place a small verification charge, which Razorpay refunds automatically.

How do I cancel?
Yourself, inside AdmissionIQ. Open your profile, find Subscription, and cancel there. Cancel during your trial, before day 7, and your yearly fee is not charged. Cancel later and you keep the plan to the end of the year you paid for, so nothing is switched off the day you press it. Fees already charged are not refunded. What exactly is the Back to Admission offer?
50% off Starter and Growth, and 60% off Scale, for institutes that start a trial or pay by 11:59 pm IST on 30 Nov 2026. Your price then stays the same at every renewal while your subscription stays active. If your subscription ends, the offer price ends with it.
What happens after 30 Nov 2026?
New sign-ups from 1 Dec 2026 pay the regular price: ₹7,488 a year for Starter, ₹13,920 for Growth and ₹33,600 for Scale. If you joined by 30 Nov, your price does not change.
Can I pay monthly?
No. Billing is once a year. The monthly figures on this page are there only to help you compare.
Which institute type should I pick?
School for schools. EdTech Platform for coaching institutes and online course businesses. Skillers for skill academies such as spoken English, coding, trading or fitness. Each type comes with its own pipeline, labels and reports.
What happens when Starter reaches 1,000 enquiries?
AdmissionIQ warns you before you get there. At 1,000 records, a new enquiry cannot be added. A CSV import fills the room that is left and names the rows it could not take. Growth and Scale have no enquiry limit.
Can my staff delete enquiries or see everything?
Only what you allow. You give each person their rights one by one. Delete rights can only go to an admin, never to an executive, and executives send delete requests for you to decide. On Scale, each staff member sees only their own branch.
How does WhatsApp work, and does it cost extra?
On every plan you rewrite 12 WhatsApp templates in your own words, then copy and send them from WhatsApp. On Scale you can also connect your own WhatsApp Business number and reply from AdmissionIQ to anyone who messaged that number in the last 24 hours. Meta's charges, where they apply, are separate from your AdmissionIQ subscription.
Can enquiries come in from my website or ads?
On Scale, share your Online Enquiry form link or embed it on your website, and every submission lands in your pipeline. On any plan, you can bring enquiries in by CSV import.
Do I need a demo call to start?
